📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive:

    • An order confirmation email after checkout.

    • A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Processing time may extend during high-volume drops, sales, or holiday seasons.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.


🌍 International Shipping

DADLYF proudly ships worldwide.

  • Customs fees, import duties, VAT, and taxes are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

  • These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery, depending on the country’s policies.


📬 Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • If your tracking shows no movement after several days, feel free to contact us for assistance.


🛍️ Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some products may be pre-order or made-to-order.

  • Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page.

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise noted.


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

DADLYF is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked Delivered by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

📮 Address Changes

If you entered the wrong shipping address:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make address changes.
